"The Coventry and Birmingham Low Emission Vehicle Demonstrator (CABLED) consortium is the UK's largest trial of electric and ultra-low emission vehicles with real people driving them. In addition, it is the only project which considers Hydrogen Fuel Cell vehicles, allowing the range of electric cars to be extended from 60 to 200 miles and the filling time shortened from 6 hours to 3 minutes.
