"Temporary diesel powered lighting has been part of construction sites for many years but still has major issues such as noise, maintenance and environmental challenges. A novel 100% solar powered lighting tower provides many benefits and advantages over conventional diesel and hybrid solutions. The lecture will cover the use of the solar tower when compared to the more traditional solutions, with real time monitoring from a major construction project."
