"The museum is located in the renovated former Fire Station of the BAE Woodford Aerodrome. Avro Heritage Trust's collection includes over 30,000 items on aircraft development, including over 10,000 items and memorabilia from the Woodford site. Items are rotated with 80% of the collection on display at any time. An RAF Avro Vulcan B2 bomber XM603 built at Woodford is on permanent display adjacent to the museum. The nose and cockpit section of Avro Vulcan XM602 is accessible to visitors inside."
