"The speaker will talk about the recent successes with the University of Nottingham's electric motorcycle, this year beating the previous electric course record for the TT Zero> Narrowly missing out on the win to Mugen Honda. The Pikes Peak (winning their class) and Moto-E (beating many petrol bikes). From a technical perspective the speaker will run through the development of the electric bikes. Highlighting the major challenges which needed to be overcome and the complex engineering employed"
