"The OECD-led current spectrum policy worldwide does not anticipate the emerging Internet of Things (IoT) with billions of devices accessing the spectrum. It is also worsening the digital divide for the unconnected 4Billion without a new spectrum and competition policy approach. Thirdly, current spectrum policy leads to incredibly inefficient use of spectrum. The speaker will discuss about the future of spectrum policy during this event."
