"Fast, reliable internet access is essential for homes to benefit from online services and for businesses to compete globally. Many rural areas can only get low speed access. The Superfast Dorset programme will address the areas where there is no commercial business case to provide fast access. The talk will address the technical, commercial and regulatory aspects of the programme that will provide access to faster broadband speeds for the 87000 premises in Dorset not being served by the market"
