"In November 2014 Ofcom announced its decision to reallocate some of the frequencies currently in use by Digital Terrestial Television to mobile SMART phones using new 5G technology which will allow download speeds of up to 100 times the speed of the existing 4G networks. To enable this exciting new technology, new frequencies are required."
