They are a leading manufacturer of power semiconductors with a legacy of over 50 years at the Manchester site. The site manufacturing facility has production lines for both 6in and 8in silicon wafers. Both the MOSET and GaN FET business are headquartered on the site along with an R&D centre, product qualification, product marketing and product quality and test."
