"In this talk, Mark Gillan will explain how Wavepower fast-tracked its Wave Energy Conversion device development, using knowledge learned from various industries; in particular from Formula One. In his presentation hs will discuss how best to lead a high performing team and establish a culture to fast track product development by ensuring modelling and simulation is at the hub of the development process, thereby improving correlation and avoiding expensive late stage system rework."
