Not a lot, but after 300 years, inventors Andrew Monk and Richard Williams thought it would be nice to put a lab quality microscope in your pocket and connect it to your mobile phone. It turns out that re-engineering the microscope allows scientists to carry out important primary research and education in The Amazon, Antarctica and even on Everest with a 1 micron resolution.'"
