"The case study focuses on a recently completed fit-out of pre-existing office accommodation into a laboratory facility. We will consider the procurement cycle, in particular, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Contractors, the elimination of duplication of effort, resources to achieve the best outcome. This included the sharing of our Model with the supply chain and clarifying each other areas requirements and responsibility."
