"This talk will describe how a high energy density liquid hydrogen fuel cell power system combined with lightweight airframe technology and an advanced phased array communications system can be used to rapidly deliver 5G communications anywhere in the world. The speaker will then discuss ways in which this technology may be developed to provide low carbon solutions to a number of other requirements."
