"Gordon Bartley has had a lifetime career in the aeronautical industry,. He was invited to host the former British Airways Concorde located at Manchester Airport. He has a detailed knowledge of the history of this unique aircraft and will cover the history from the early consideration of developing a British supersonic airliner in the 1950's through the first commercial flights by Concorde in 1976 to the tragic Concorde crash whilst taking off from Paris"
