Low Carbon Energy Education Centre is the go-to place to understand low carbon solutions in Hong Kong. It provides a broad perspective covering fuel selection, renewable energy, natural gas, nuclear power, as well as a glimpse of what citizen could do in their day-to-day life. The centre features multimedia and interactive elements for the best understanding of carbon neutrality effort in Hong Kong and what could be done next.

HK Electric has recently upgraded its Smart Power Gallery to version 2.0, transforming the five- storey facility into a modern educational hub equipped with multimedia displays, interactive exhibits and workshop spaces. Formerly a pay- in centre, the upgraded Gallery showcases HK Electric's history, energy transition journey, climate change solutions, renewable energy, electrification.

Citybus hydrogen double deck bus is the first hydrogen bus in Hong Kong. It has a refueling station at West Kowloon Depot. Citybus aims to lead the public transport industry in Hong Kong to deliver long term sustainable solutions by achieving carbon neutrality through new technologies and hydrogen development. The hydrogen refueling station incorporates a range of features including hydrogen unloading, compression, cooling, refueling and remote monitoring safety systems.

In this technical visit, we will take a tour of HK1 Data Centre. With a raised floor area space of around 9000 sq m and access to 4.0MW of power, HK1 Data Centre is enabled by the state of art Dell DC liquid cooling server and the Schneider CDU cooling system. It is fully prepared capable to meet the demand needed bought by the rapid growth of data movement activities through the deployment of AI and ML imperatives and applications.

The technical visit illustrates how innovation and solutions powered by EcoStruxureTM, through end-point to cloud-integration connecting products, edge control, software and services. Solutions are built with enhanced efficiency, reliability, connectivity, and sustainability for homes, buildings, data centers, infrastructure and industries.
