Event Booking Help

How to use this booking service

Everything you need to know to make reservations, check your bookings and make changes.

FAQs:
If you received an invitation from The IET to attend an event, it's as simple as clicking on the promotional link contained in the invitation email or on the website. This will take you directly to the booking form
Alternatively, if you know the 6 character event ID code, just enter it on the registration page to access the booking form
Many events are over subscribed, so it's very helpful to let the organisers know you can't make it if your plans change.
Use the Manage Bookings option to cancel your booking - you will need to enter your booking reference in the format 20nn-xxxx-xxxx in order to access your reservation.
Event organisers very much appreciate your feedback - good or bad - about your event experience.
Once the event has ended, feedback is opened.
Select the Send Feedback option and enter your booking reference to begin the short feedback survey.
