During the visit, participants will be introduced to a range of cutting-edge robotic applications across these domains, including, but not limited to, surgical assistance systems, bioinspired agile locomotion robots, cableâdriven construction robots for tasks such as drilling, cleaning, inspection, heavyâload manipulation, brick laying, and concrete 3D printing, as well as wearable exoskeletons and miniature robots for biomedical applications. The actual exhibits may vary depending on the laboratories' current research focus and availability at the time of the visit. Through direct engagement with researchers and live demonstrations, this technical visit aims to foster knowledge exchange between academia and industry, inspire innovation among engineering professionals, and reinforce the IET's commitment to promoting technological advancement in Hong Kong.
