Embracing Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management to achieve Operational Excellence

In today's rapidly evolving digital and AI-driven world, organizations face increasing operational complexity and growing threats to profitability. Revenue leakage, process inefficiencies, and sophisticated fraud schemes can erode profit margins in a matter of moments. As fraudsters become more advanced and technology-driven, businesses must continuously strengthen their controls, risk awareness, and operational resilience. This talk explores how the evolution of Revenue Assurance (RA) and Fraud Management (FM) has become essential to achieving Operational Excellence. It will highlight how proactive monitoring, data analytics, automation, and intelligent control frameworks can help organizations identify vulnerabilities early, reduce revenue leakage, and protect their bottom line in an increasingly competitive environment.
