"Many Local Authorities have declared that we are in a climate emergency. Many of their citizens are using new technologies to reduce their personal carbon and energy footprints. Many more citizens either don't care, find it confusing or too expensive. This talk covers the new technologies available and the tools that a local authority such as Suffolk County Council have to nudge their citizens into doing the right thing for the planet."
