"Riverlane is a company based in Cambridge developing software for quantum computers that is portable across technologies so that early adopters dont need to choose which technology to pursue. Riverlane is developing a Python based framework to define the control stack of quantum computers. To control a quantum computer a heterogeneous system with CPUs, FPGAs and custom hardware is needed. The Riverlane Deltalanguage allows you to write python (and migen) code for quantum computers."
