"The technical seminar is hosted by two speakers in two parts. Ir. David Cheng shall speak on the neuroscientific theory of Neurofeedback and how prevalent knowledge in neuroscience leads to novel recovery therapy. This is followed by Miss Teresa Cheng from Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council to review what is now available in Hong Kong to bring hope back to the patients. The Welfare Council will provide experience tasting at the venue, this experience cannot be broadcasted if you joined the webinar."
