- Great British Energy - Nuclear, with their partner Rolls Royce SMR, are moving through the design phases of the project which will build the first ever SMRs in the UK, in Anglesey. This site, recently named Gwyndod, close to the old, decommissioned Reactor site of Wylfa, will be the First of a Kind Small Modular Reactor designed and built in the UK.
