Achieving Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is both a professional milestone and a reflective journey. In this talk, Niv Siva, a Chartered Engineer and Aerospace Cyber-Safety Certification Specialist at the UK Civil Aviation Authority, will share his route to CEng, including how he built and presented his evidence, navigated the application process, and translated his day-to-day engineering work into the required professional competencies. The session is aimed at engineers considering professional registration and those looking for practical guidance and encouragement on their own path to chartership.
