Tales of East Coast

he talk, entitled Tales of the East Coast, provides an in-depth look at the electrification of the East Coast Main Line, where the speaker served as Electrification Construction Engineer at Newcastle for the section of line between Northallerton and the Scottish Border. He later worked as Technical Services Engineer in the Maintenance Organization during its early operation and as maintenance was brought back in-house after privatization.
