"In this symposium, we would share on ways of optimizing the placement of a GMR (Giant Magnetoresistive) sensor on an induction motor for online rotor fault prediction. The goal is to position the sensor in a way that maximizes fault detection sensitivity while minimizing the impact on motor performance and cost.
