This seminar will provide the latest updates on How Agentic AI Transform O&M in Engineering: Key topics include: 1. How data standardisation and a semantic layer can serve as the foundation for agentic AI in engineering O&M by converting heterogeneous building data, equipment relationships, operational records, maintenance knowledge, and system schematics into a unified and contextualised information environment. 2. Practical cases in energy analysis and fault diagnosis are introduced to illustrate how the framework can assist engineers in identifying operational inefficiencies, detecting abnormal system behaviour, and recommending maintenance actions.
