About this event:
"Using Open BIM rather than renowned software to help and facilitate occupiers to fulfill EMSD's Energy Audit Code (EAC) & periodic electrical inspections and FSD's Annual Inspection (AI) of Fire Detection System (FDS)". The benefits would be addressed such as cheaper and easy to access for the public and limitations e.g. unsubstantial standardized common data environment (CDE) for Open BIM.
