This technical visit aims to enhance participants� understanding of national infrastructure advancement through focused exploration of: � The overall design philosophy and distinguishing features of the District Cooling System (DCS); � Innovative engineering solutions deployed on-site; � Advanced technologies applied in system operation, monitoring, and maintenance.
