"This is a unique opportunity to learn about the UK's largest and most sophisticated centre for train modernisation and access a behind the scenes tour of Alstom, Widnes. Alstom is a multinational engineering company working at the forefront of rail transport. At the time of our visit Alstom Widnes, will be working on the modernisation of the Class 390 Pendolino and Class 458 Electric Multiple Unit Passenger trains along with overhauling traction components from Jubilee Line."
